Facilitated by our psychologists, our social groups provide a safe and supported environment for children to build their confidence when interacting with their peers. Our groups run during the school holidays, and we have both single-session as well as intensive groups available.

Sensory Detective Workshop September 2026
Could your child be a Sensory Detective?
Kids can have strong likes and dislikes when it comes to textures, sounds, movement and different sensations. But sometimes it can be hard for them to work out why something feels good, or why they really don’t like it! Our Sensory Detective Workshop is a fun, hands-on session for kids aged 8–12 years to explore their own sensory preferences through games, creative activities and lots of experimenting. Kids will get to try out different sensory experiences, collect clues about what their own bodies and brains like, and create some personalised sensory tools along the way. We’re not about telling kids that a particular sensory activity should make them calm. Instead, we’ll help them get curious about what works for them and build confidence talking about their own sensory needs. They’ll head home with: - A Sensory Detective Notebook - Their own sensory creations - A better understanding of their sensory preferences - More confidence communicating what they like, dislike and need. A great chance for kids to have some fun, get creative and learn a little more about themselves along the way.
